FADEZ UNIVERSITY POLICIES

At our barber shop, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Fadez University experience. Please keep these in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Fee Policy:

For every 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the client will pay $10 through cash, Zelle, or CashApp before services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations within 2 days of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee of the original service price.

​

No Show Policy:

No-shows are subject to a 100% fee of the original service price

​

By booking through "The Cut" all clients agree to the above policies.
